Armed & Unarmed Personnel

If your security needs require armed officers, you can trust our team to provide armed personnel who must complete continued training courses every four months, which is more stringent than state requirements for armed security personnel. These officers specialize in Oleoresin capsicum (OC) or “pepper” sprays as well as using security batons.

Our unarmed officers all meet California’s state requirements per the guidelines established by the Department of Consumer Affairs’ Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. On top of meeting and exceeding state-mandated security office requirements, California Safety Agency also offers continuous required training through our state-licensed training center.

We also take incident reporting seriously. Our officers use daily activity folders to record all incidents worthy of mentioning on every shift. This service comes included with every security package. Our Field Supervisors evaluate these reports daily and provide copies of these documents to the client. If an incident requires it, all of our personnel are equipped with a two-way digital radio to contact our 24-hour dispatch center.
