They stay up-to-date on the laws, regulations, and procedures. Many of the field supervisors have backgrounds in the military and law enforcement which assists in delivering the highest level of service and safety to each client.

How are Incidents Reported?
The proper reporting of incidents is part of the overall training of our armed and unarmed bike officers. They create a daily activity report where mention-worthy incidents get recorded. This is a standard part of our service and a copy of this report is provided to the client. The supervisors review the reports on a daily basis to ensure proper procedures were followed for the nature of the incident. Each incident gets entered into a database for each client so all calls for service are tracked.

Each bike officer has been supplied with a digital, two-way radio to have the ability for immediate contact with our 24-hour dispatch center.
