Capt. Patrick Barrera

General Manager

Patricio Barrera has over 30 years of experience in the fields of Security and Law Enforcement to which 10 years was as a patrol supervisor. With certifications of completion from the Rio Hondo Police Academy. Mr. Barrera is a member of the California Gang Officers Association and is a Taser International Taser Instructor.

Sgt. Jauregui

Anaheim Branch Supervisor

Jesus Jauregui has over 8 years of experience in the security field with 3 years of experience as a supervisor. Jesus Jauregui holds certifications of completion from a Post certified Police Academy. Jauregui has been with the California safety agency for over 4 years and has served 3 of those years as a supervisor, promoting to F.T.O (field training officer), Corporal and eventually becoming the Sergeant in charge of the Anaheim branch.

Matthew Schaffer Has over 10 Years of Security Experience, to which 7 years as a patrol supervisor.

Santee Branch Supervisor

Daniel Kingsley has over 20 years of experience in the field of Security to which 13 years were spent with California Safety Agency. Holding a bachelors degree of science in Criminal Justice he has vast knowledge and experience in Law Enforcement. Holding certificates of completion from emergency vehicular operations training, report writing, advanced Taser and pistol training and the American red cross training centers.

Mr. Kingsley continues to demonstrate the ability to be a productive asset in this company by working up the ranks to Branch Manager of the San Diego Office. A position that he has held firmly for 7 years. Mr. Kingsley has proved to be a valuable extension of the company in his ability to lead without bias and productively supervise patrol and onsite officers effectively. Alertness, Respect, thoroughness, and honesty are just four his strongest attributes.

Account Manager For Los Angeles, Orange And San Diego Counties

Ryan Sepulveda has over 15 years in providing customer support and assistance in Security industry. Sgt. Sepulveda provides customer support and assistance for all service related issues, to assure clients, Residents and communities are being served with the highest level of excellence. Sgt. Sepulveda also communicates day to day with numerous Community Managers, Home Owners Associations, and Businesses developing long-term partnerships to create a better tomorrow.

Ofc. Lopez

Account Manager For Riverside And San Bernardino Counties

Stephan Lopez has 30 years of experience in the fields of Security and Law Enforcement to which 19 years was as a supervisor. With certifications of completion from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Academy in Memphis, Riverside Community College Reserve Police Academy and Nevada POST Basic Police Academy. Officer Lopez holds certifications of completion from the FBI for Gang & Drug Investigations, FEMA Crisis Response, POST Certified Field Training Officer (FTO), Crime Free Multi-Housing Program and has trained with the Carson City Sheriff’s SWAT Team as an Active Shooter Responder.

Stephan has served in several supervisory capacities with California Safety Agency to include FTO (Field Training Officer), Corporal and San Diego Branch Manager. He currently serves as the Account Manager for the Inland Empire.

Ofc. Butler

Human Resources department

Officer butler manages the human resources division of California safety agency.
Officer butler brings with him customer service skills and security experience. He has worked in both security vehicle patrol positions and security management positions. His role with us is to ensure that our policies and procedures are in compliance with state and federal employment and labor regulations. He also helps with backgrounds, hiring and interview process, and the termination or resignations of employees.
