Officers must submit incident reports with every shift. Actions on the job are taken based on officer observation. These reports are then evaluated by field supervisors for accuracy and forwarded to the client as quickly as possible.

All armed officers meet and exceed the training standards required by California state law, and must continually pass drug screenings, training assessments, and background checks. Armed officers are also trained in the use of oleoresin capsicum (OC)/pepper spray and baton usage and must pass training assessments at our state-licensed facilities every four months.
Unarmed officers are also highly valuable for securing residential areas, businesses, public spaces, and special events. These security professionals are also state-licensed and meet the minimum requirements set by the California Department of Consumer Affairs’ Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.
